Waterfront sales-cooling like all the others?
Well this should be a great time for waterfront; however if
you look around, you will see that the sales of waterfront are just as slow as
anything else. I recently purchased a new waterfront home and I can tell
you that I definitely should have waited as there have been some decent buys in
waterfront out there lately. Today an article in the Globe's Report on
Business reviews recent real estate stats and points out that the Vancouver
area has had the worst decrease in sales volumes of anywhere in the
country....it also notes that this is the first time since 1999 that prices
